Marc’s extensive knowledge as a contractor is based on over thirty years experience in all facets of the real estate and construction industries. Consulting architect Michele has headed her own architecture practice since 1989, catering to a select clientele with traditional, contemporary, and eclectic tastes.

Marc Vandenhoeck has worked in all facets of the real estate and construction industries for over thirty years. His undergraduate and post-graduate education at NYU and Carnegie Mellon University in architecture, philosophy, and urban design give him a unique and sophisticated perspective. Throughout the course of his estimable career, he has overseen construction projects totaling over two hundred eighty million dollars. His experience encompasses architecture, real estate development, residential sub-division, quality control, and construction management. He has managed construction on projects ranging from tall buildings in New York City with major real estate developers, to corporate and residential interiors for some of Manhattan’s most illustrious names, to luxury single family residences in Westchester and Fairfield counties. Marc’s career has been dedicated to high-quality construction at an outstanding value, brought in on time and on budget. His passion for building, along with his depth of knowledge, has resulted in meticulously crafted, award winning projects for Riverside Design and Build, LLC's clients. When he is not on a construction site, Marc is an avid hiker and swimmer, as well as a talented chef.
MICHELE RUDOLPH, AIA, LEED, AP
Michele Rudolph received her Bachelor Of Architecture and Master of Architecture at Tulane University where she was awarded the Goldstein Prize. She has been practicing architecture for over thirty-five years, and has headed her own firm since 1990. Her interest in Art History and Studio Art has led her to study over the years at the San Francisco Center for Architecture and Urban Studies, the Arts Students League, and Silvermine Guild Arts Center. A member of the AIA and Architectural League, Michele serves as a member of the Pound Ridge Planning Board and chairs the Energy Action Committee for the Town of Pound Ridge. She is registered in NY and CT.
Michele’s early career was dedicated to redesigning Manhattan’s skyline in the New York offices of luminary architects Helmut Jahn, Eli Attia, and Der Scutt. She was a member of a small studio of architects responsible for transforming New York City in the 1980’s. In 1990 Michele started her own practice, and has consulted for Riverside Design and Build, LLC since it was founded.
Michele’s philosophy is one that seeks to develop a design built upon our client’s goals, context, sustainability, and cost considerations.
